So i’m 16 and from England.
Latley i have been worried because i have been very focused on my weight and size and have been scrolling through the internet trying to find workouts and awful awful dangerous diets, just so i have a smaller stomach and smaller thighs.
Like everybody else i have down days but i just think of how far i have came in a short space of time!
Just keep your chin up
Height-5’3 AND A HALF (always remeber the half so i don’t feel so short :L )
