I bought shorts for the first time in my life last weekend! Although I plan to wear them with tights like I am in the photo, I’m proud to walk them out my front door, lol.
I’ve lost a lot of weight healthfully and am starting to appreciate my curves for what they are. :) I’m 24, 5’6”, 35-29-42, and 164 lbs.
Hello Everyone! It’s been a while I’ve been checking this blogg, so I thought to make my own contribution. I find it very inspiring for every woman out there, to feel beautiful and confident about herself, because beauty doesn’t come in one size only. I’ve always had a love/hate relationship with my body, but it hasn’t been till now I’ve realized curves are beautiful. All of you girls are beautiful too, embrace yourselves :)

Hello :) Just wanted to share my “curvy” story!
I used to be super skinny so when I gained weight sophomore year of high school it hurt my self esteem greatly. I went on medication for depression and it only increased my weight. my confidence plummeted to an all time low. My highest weight at one point was 210 and considered overweight for my five foot nine frame. I am pear shaped so most of my weight goes to my belly and hips. In January of 2011 I went cold turkey on my depression medication and within the first month lost 10 pounds. Now almost a year later, here I am 50 pounds lighter but still rocking those curves. :)

I’m Amanda, and I’m 18 years old. I’ve struggled with my size my entire life. It’s tough being “short and stout” in a “long and lean” world. I’ve gained a few pounds recently, but the weight has given me boobs! I’m much more comfortable with my body than I used to be. Learning to love myself!
If I didn’t have my curves, how could I shake it like a polaroid picture?
Own it, love it.

I suffer with Hashimoto’s Disease as well as many other illnesses and therefore battle with my weight- alot!…but seeing all your lovely curves is inspiring and I feel it’s about time to love my sexy curves! I think it’s important for musicians and people who are up on stage to feel confident with whatever shape and size they are and I’m glad to be a curvy singer! More posts to come…possibly!

5’1” 170 lbs. Bust: 36 D Waist: 29 Hips: 42 Played soccer year round for ten years and ran track for just as long. My legs and arms are massive for my frame, and I’ve been this way my whole life. I have 17 inch calves! Haha they are solid muscle. I am self concious sometimes, but most of the guys I know and have dated say they much prefer thick hips and big busty girls. Stay healthy, and it shouldnt matter how curvy you are. I don’t calorie count and I haven’t been to the gym in a year haha I eat as healthy as i can and I don’t beat myself up. You are all beautiful. :)
